Dr. Drew always had a lifelong involvement with chiropractic. He received his first adjustment when he was only a few days old. Continued and routine chiropractic care throughout his life helped him manage daily stressors from life and school, as well as keeping his skills and performance as optimal as possible while he competed with the Swimming and Volleyball varsity teams. Dr. Drew also practices what he preaches. He is a very active individual by making sure he is getting, at a minimum, 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity a day. Dr. Drew also makes sure to take care of his spiritual and mental health with daily meditation and reflections, and his social health by actively supporting the local I community, as well as going out with friends.
