Castle Loma
One of Toronto’s classic and historical sights to see is none other than Casa Loma. This real life castle has been preserved for natives and visitors alike to enjoy the life of Canada, history and the 20th Century. This castle was completed in 1914 which took nearly 300 years to complete even with 300 men building this elegant castle. This wondrous landmark is roughly 200,000 square feet, with many exhibits. Around the time of completion, the castle cost around $3.5 million, and is now one of Toronto’s top go to visiting enchantment!

Canada suffered a dark time in history during the early 20th Century. Casa Loma has an 800 foot underground tunnel, actually a photo gallery to see what that dark period looked like to Canadians during this trying time.
